Irina Pahlevanyan

Director

Irina Pahlyanyan is a fundraising specialist who has worked for many years in various international and local organizations, developed, implemented a number of programs, and charitable projects. She currently cooperates with the United Nations Development Program, the Council of Europe Office in Yerevan and other organizations as a fundraising expert, is a member of the Board of Trustees of several organizations. Irina also has experience in organizing educational programs, is a co-founder of the educational center, in 2020 was recognized as the winner of the global competition of the Rybakov Foundation in the category "Leader of the Educational Community".

Mary Mamikonian

Chairperson of the Board

Mrs. Mamikonian is a graduate of the Financial Academy, Moscow, and is specialized in finance. For 15 years she was involved in different development projects at Russian and Armenian banks. Customer service and corporate lending were her main priorities as a top manager at VTB Armenia, Cascade Credit UCO, Ardshinbank. Currently, she is holding the position of CEO at NAIRIAN CJSC, Armenian producer of natural cosmetics

Since 2012 Mrs. Mamikonian is initiating and developing different charity activities and funds. She was a head of the Board at Armenian Mother's Fund, deputy CEO at AYB foundation. In 2018 she established with 2 other co-founders Paradigma Foundation in order to build up a teachers' community for experience sharing and self-education. From 2020 she is leading the volunteer team Our Lions that is providing financial support for families of Armenian soldiers.

Dr. Lara Tcholakian is an executive leader with expertise in organizational behavior and change management. She holds a Doctorate from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam's School of Business and Economics where she currently teaches and conducts research on leadership and collective trauma. She has lived and worked in Canada, France, Peru, Sri Lanka, and is currently based in Armenia.

In 2003 she graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation

She worked in the First Specialized Depository and currently works at United Construction Solutions JSC (OSR) as a Head of Advertising and Public Relations Department.
